In 2006 I started my own consulting approach: Superior Customer Value. After 16 years of consulting, last being a Senior Partner of a big and well-known consulting company, I knew how I could achieve that. A STRONG FOCUS on essential facts, SHORT SET-UP TIMES for projects, faster delivery of results plus steadily keeping highest quality. I do combine the professionalism and know how of excellent consulting companies with my approach „Superior Customer Value“. By making use of this advantage I refrain from deploying external consulting teams too often staffed with less-experienced consultants. Instead I do work very close with the best internal experts whenever possible on-site as a temporary part of the client´s organisation.

Focus, Speed and Quality I do attain by years of experience as well as deep knowledge of selected industries. I work for BANKS, FINANCIAL SERVICES and INSURANCE COMPANIES. I know the ropes of these industries across all major business segments as well as their strategic challenges and latest organisational issues. JOB SPECIALISATION

My specialisation is based on my academic training and my professional experience. I hold the university degree of a psychologist, I minored in economics and I have learned MARKETING and SALES from the scratch at a world leading manufacturer of branded products. I continually expanded this specialisation by working on issues of STRATEGIC and ORGANISATIONAL PROJECTS during my decades of being a business consultant. Since 2006 I exclusively work on such tasks.

PARTICULAR EXPERIENCES

Being a PSYCHOLOGIST I am very much interested in what are the psychological resources of succesful companies as well was what are drivers and resistances in any process of change. In difficult situations I can EFFECTIVELY DEAL WITH RESISTANCE BY UNDERSTANDING and SOLVING PROBLEMS FROM A PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE. My experience from having worked with more than 100 companies in almost 200 projects helps me a lot. According to my personal values I do the design of organisations and processes always together and in line with the persons concerned and not against them, however not accepting any sellout at the expense of the attainable quality.
